In her recent Instagram post, which might not feature a European getaway like some of her friends, it still manages to evoke a sense of FOMO, thanks to the vibrant California sunshine illuminating her (the festive beverage might have added to the envy). The superstar songstress adorned herself with a few Y2K classics: super-pointy pumps and a delicate scarf that seems more about style than warmth.
“X & The City,” she playfully captioned the carousel of images, showcasing both black-and-white and full-color shots of her stylish outfit. She even gave us a close-up view of her neon pink Versace pumps, boasting a lace-up corset-inspired detail. Pairing a form-fitting black top with loosely printed denim, and in one of the videos, she flaunted her skinny scarf to perfection. Of course, Xtina's signature bleached blonde hair was as bold and bright as ever, perfectly complemented by a pair of tiny silver-rimmed sunglasses.
Just a few days ago, Aguilera wowed us with another throwback shoe (although it wasn't the most attention-grabbing part of her ensemble). In that Instagram post, she rocked a pair of clear PVC heels with a micro miniskirt resembling the iconic Hermès Birkin bag, but elevated to the next level with Barbie pink rhinestones, forming a barely-there skirt. Once again, she donned a sleek black top, and this time, the skirt‘s attention-grabbing handles and buckle details made headlines and turned heads.
